USA Fencing selected Fastbreak Travel, part of Fastbreak AI, as official housing provider for all of its national competitions under a multi-year agreement. Fastbreak Travel will also support housing for regional fencing organization events.

Building on an existing relationship
The agreement builds on USA Fencing's prior relationship with GroupHousing. GroupHousing was acquired by Fastbreak AI and is now part of Fastbreak Travel, so the underlying service is familiar to families who have booked national events before.

The scale involved
USA Fencing oversees more than 400 events per year, which is why housing logistics are not a minor line item. National events concentrate thousands of fencers, families and coaches into a single city for several days, and room blocks near the venue sell out quickly.
USA Fencing CEO Phil Andrews framed the agreement around the reality that fencing families travel frequently and need quality housing close to competition venues.

- Book inside the official block early; the closest hotels go first.
- Confirm cancellation terms before travel plans firm up.
- Check whether the registration flow now offers rooms at the point of entry — that is the change most likely to save you a step.
